The first step when working with Schédio is to book a consultation. This is typically a 2-3 hour meeting (depending on the size and scope of your project) where we deep dive into the details.
Everyone wants to know the three big points... How much is your project going to cost, how long will it take and when can we start.
The consultation is when we get into all that, along with a whole bunch of other important points.
We’ll discuss the scope of your project in general to make sure we’re all on the same page, we’ll chat with you about realistic timelines so you can be prepared, the budget so you understand what your project may cost and contracting details like warrantees, liabilities and deposit schedules.
Because the Principal Designer and the Head of Build will both be present during the consultation, this is a great time to ask any direct questions you may have regarding either the design or construction aspects of your project.
